We want you to be completely satisfied with your BlackSplotch purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and refunds.
Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items meet our return conditions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Have all original tags and labels attached
- Be in the original packaging when possible
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags or labels
- Items that have been altered or customized
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance (unless defective)
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once we've reviewed your return request, we'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and ship it to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account or payment provider account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact us if you still have not received your refund after following the steps above
